In order to set up a merchant account with a PSP (Payment Service Provider, aka Payment Gateway), please follow the steps below:
Setting up a PSP merchant account and configuring it in our system is only required if you are planning to charge the customers' card, ApplePay or GooglePay.
If you do not plan to offer any of the above payment methods or you are only planning to tokenize the payment method, you can skip this step at this stage.
Select PSP
From our our website , select the PSP(s) that you would like to use.
Set up merchant account
Contact the selected PSP(s) and request to be set up with a merchant account. Go through their onboarding process and ask for access through the API.
Store PSP credentials in our system
Once you've completed the above steps, follow this guide to store these credentials in our system for use with the Payments Library.
